The coolest restaurants of Paris by acupofhedonista

Les Chouettes

It’s the place to be ! Difficult to book but calling a week before, you may be able to get a table!
The furniture is in the Eiffel style with several floors and a glass ceiling! Each floor has a different atmosphere. The ground floor features a fireplace, looks like a chic Parisian bistro with a tiled floor and the first floor, with its cocktail bar, it is more festive. It ends with a cozy atmosphere on the second floor: a library, comfortable armchairs and globes. The food lives up to the furniture: fine cuisine with fresh products. Examples? Carpaccio of scallops with oyster sauce, foie gras with cabbage jam, duck with butternut coffee and pistachio and finally a wonderful Paris-Brest.

La Cevicheria

I told you and I will continue to say, the ceviche is the star dish of the moment – not fattening, it’s fresh and it’s yummy! In Paris, the best ceviche we find it to Cevicheria. Before being Marie Stuart, it has moved to larger premises in via Bachaumont with a beautiful bar at the entrance and on the ceiling of the chandeliers in the shape of pots. Although he moved, the goodness of the dishes has remained the same. The menu changes according to the arrival of the fish of the day and the seasons: scallops with passion fruit, cod fishing … all at very reasonable prices and of course accompanied by a Pisco sour.

Marée Jeanne

Restaurant specializing in fish. Of this you will realize immediately upon entering as a bank of oysters and fresh fish will welcome. The design – easy chic – has the spirit of Bretagne sailor. Dishes are both in normal version and tapas. Start with several tapas to share between the different choices I recommend the fish bowl. The house specialty: the croque monsieur to Lobster, said Croq’homard! In the basement there is a room with tables, ideal for those who want to reserve a section of the restaurant for a dinner with friends or a birthday.
Good to know: to be a seafood restaurant in Paris, the prices are very reasonable.
